Bath and Bodyworks sign up

I have travelled to Orlando several times and each time I have tried to sign/register with Bath and Bodyworks to hopefully receive coupons as I love their foaming hand wash. Each time I dont seem to get registered, I receive nothing - why? (Is it because Im using a UK email address and mobile no). How do I over come this?
A previous holiday, a kind sales assistant used a code on my behalf, but last time, despite asking, I got no discount, which turned out a very expensive visit.
We have booked to go this summer again and Im trying to get organised early.

When I went to NY in December I signed up to BBW and even though their website said about discount coupons I didn’t get any. I took a screenshot of offer and they
allowed me to sign up again instore

I'm signed up with bath & body works and get emails all the time sometimes daily.
Occasionally you get coupons for in store they recently had $10 off a $40 spend in store but that eventually applied online too.

If you shop from the website they run offers all the time the semi annual sale has just ended but today they are offering 20% off your order.

I don’t know if they still do it, they used to print a discount voucher at the bottom of receipts, to use on your next purchase. I used to take advantage of this by buying the stuff I wanted in at least 2 visits, to make the most of the discounts.

Me too, I’m signed up with both US and Canada and get an email a day from each. They don’t always have additional coupons but they usually do.

I have the same problem, I have signed up with numerous email addresses and I have he received a thing and nothing in junk either - my email address is a .com with an American company and still doesn’t work, I’ve given up now as I don’t think it will ever work

I've signed up on line before and not got vouchers but when I've made purchases in store and they've asked for an email I've then started to get them. I now get one at least once a day which I normally just delete without reading if I'm not over there.
