Is there an issue with BA

I have just logged into manage my booking to check API and it is telling me the passport number does not match that on their system ?

So I check mine and daughters same result. I am sure they are correct I just like to check a few days before.

Anyway have BA a phone I can't get through and it hangs up saying try later we are experiencing a large number of calls

Is there an issues with their system today?

I saw another thread today where the cause seemed to be folk flying BA but booked via Iberia and had to do API with both. Probably unrelated but sharing just in case

Hi Kate, did you manage to resolve this? Was it because we've booked an Iberia code share? I hope to do mine later too today.

Yep seems like the problem was that I had done API with BA and not Iberia

All sorted now thank goodness

Just checked my boking & all fine although we booked direct with BA so it may well be a codeshare issue or something. The website looks different to a few days ago too (or I might be imagining it) so perhaps that could be causing an issue
