linking tickets

Has anyone ever had any issue with a 3rd party ie floridatix, sending you tickets with the wrong date linked up?

just realised my MNSSHP have the wrong date.
they have been booked for 3 days before we even leave UK.

i'm all in a tiss now

If It's their mistake I wouldn't worry too much, I'm sure they'll sort it for you if you give them a call.

just out of curiosity how would i know who is right and who is wrong?

If you booked online and gave them the correct date when you booked, then you already know that you're right, but it could be your word against theirs if you booked over the phone, unless the call was recorded.

Just my personal view, but as you say that they have been booked for 3 days before you leave the UK I would think that they might help you.

emailed them last night and they replied today, they said it's a 100% no refundable ticket, then it's an open ticket so can be used at any time during the MNSSHP.
I could contact Disney and change the date, which i did and everything they had said was not correct, If it's not used on the 29th then the ticket become void.
so have to email floridatix the back of the tickets tomorrow, for them to look at.

If I was you I would try ringing them and speaking to a manager, It's sometimes easier to say something on the phone rather than by email. Not sure if you have the number but if not It's 0330 100 3130.

i called them straight after work, which was when they asked me to send in copies of the tickets
