Or for the exact same ride (layout that is, not theming of course) a little closer to home you can experience this roller coaster at:

Brighton Pier
Fantasy Island (Ingoldmells)
Brean Theme Park
West Midlands Safari Park

Just incase you fancy re-creating some AK memories on your travels around the UK!

There was definitely one in Brighton! Used to go right to the end of the pier, scared the life out of me!

Used to be one on the seafront at Littlehampton, perched on top of the amusement building. The ride itself was scary - mainly because it was so rickety you weren't convinced it wouldn't fall apart before the end of the ride!

Some years ago , myself , son and daughter in law were on this when it broke down
we must have waited at least an house before getting rescued
The worse part was the commentary didnt break down . Still at least we learnt how to say dont pick up any hitch hiking dinosaurs in Spanish

I can't begin to describe how much I hated this ride. Some have mentioned the Wild Mouse - Blackpool Pleasure Beach had one for years and the amount of times I saw people come off that holding their backs or mopping a bloody nose where they've bounced and propelled forwards.

And I'd sooner do that again than Primeval Whirl.

If they replace it with a square of black tarmac I will literally dance a jig of delight on the spot where it was.

(I didn't like Primeval Whirl).

I liked this ride, it was something different and had a fun feeling to it. I think I only once saw the two sides in operation at the same time. Maintenance wise it wasn’t good and was responsible for a couple of horrific incidents. If it’s closing for that reason I can understand.
