We will no longer buy 14 day Disney tickets as we just feel that we don't get the use out of them for the money that they cost. We have put deposits down on DC non swim 3 park tickets, and Universal 3 Park tickets for 2022. We have a one day non expiry Disney ticket which we will use and possibly do MNSSHP if it's on and the price is right.
We did DC on our first trip but not got round to doing it again since, so we're really looking forward to going again, we haven't got round to doing BG yet - so that is on the list too. Aquatica is brilliant, that and VB are far far better than the Disney waterparks!

I'll always get a DC Ultimate ticket. Around £150 for a day at DC, and 14 days entrance and parking at SW, BG and AQ it's such a bargain!

Thanks both for posting this as we have DC tickets for August and didn’t know this, had assumed we would need to make reservations for SW in advance.

Last time out we stayed at cabana Bay and had extra hours at VB if you are buying US tickets and enjoy water parks i recommend it we go in 1 hour early enough time to do must of the big rides. Better check they still do it though this was May 2018

Yes we have annul passes for seaworld and universal, ended up going 4 times in 18 months as once these tickets were paid it make nipping over very cheap.
It was a fab 18 months of orlandoing, much more relaxed pace, nice villa days, beach visits etc. We would go to theme parks most days but only for a hour or two this is because we had been so much so we had done most of it. You an still get your Disney fix without tickets, downtown Disney for a walk around At night they have acts on, if you get the bus over to poly resort you can watch the fireworks from the beach, also same at broadwalk resort head over for an evening stroll all nice things to do. I would say go for it ! |

Just to clarify, normal ticket holders, Fun Card holders and Annual Pass holders do need to book a reservation to enter Seaworld (just like at Disney). They can book the reservations here:
seaworld/orlando/tickets/reservations/ It's only guests with Discovery Cove tickets that don't have to make reservations at Seaworld (as explained on the FAQ page - scroll to near the bottom). Everyone else needs to make a reservation, although I suspect you can get away with booking the day beforehand (the same is generally true for Disney as well).

Yep, absolute bargain! . We are quite tight on money when it comes to Floridian holidays (can only afford it if we keep it to a low - so we do) so we always go for the 3 park tickets at about £450 for 2a/2c. I have also booked DC for Oct '21 (fingers crossed!). We haven't done WDW or Universal yet, and not sure we will for sometime. We do have free visits to WDW hotels/property, ride the skyline, mooch around the Broadwalk, eat Disney's treats, visit DS and Universals CW all for no cost .
Anyway, back to the 3 park tickets. My kids 5/7 at the time had a BLAST! Seaworld was beautiful, lively, clean and has awesome rides, as was BG. We had such an amazing time and im sure you will too - go for it xx Edited at 12:06 PM. |
