For off-peak days, a one-day, one-park ticket will remain at $104 but on weekends or holidays, for example, parkgoers will now have to pay up to five percent more, with prices ranging from $114 to $154 on the busiest days, FOX 11 in Los Angeles reported.

This is for California but wonder if they'll do the same at WDW shortly?

They already do it at WDW, the date based pricing system has been in place since last year

The Disneyworld 1 day tickets have been date-based since 2016. The multi day tickets became date based in October 2018.

More importantly, apparently Disneyworld increased their US ticket prices a couple of days ago. This is from 4 days ago:
