You will get to pick your own car, but keys won’t be in the car. A rep will get them for you.

They gave me the keys for a BMW X3, which turned out to not be there. No other cars were available so I had to wait whilst they got a Cadillac XT5 from National.

We got a BMW X3 in May. Went to the hut and was offered an Cadillac XT5 initially but I asked if anything else was available as preferably wanted a European car, the lady disappeared for a few mins and brought round the X3 for us.

If you’re offered something you don’t fancy then just ask if anything else is available.

I liked the XT5, had Apple Car play, heated and ventilated seats, heated steering wheel and a nice panoramic sunroof. Nice to drive and had enough poke to cope with those moments when you need it.
