Virgin holiday, booking seats 330 days

Hi all

I have booked my holiday with Virgin and have my invoice. It stated I can select my seat within 331 days and today is day 330. I am up early so decided to do this as I am really frightened of flying and it helps if I know where I sit. My reference still isn't showing as available and I have just contacted Virgin Atlantic who say I can't do this until 'sometime at the end of the month' which isn't helpful to me. Has this happened to anyone else? Tahnk you

Hi - same here, was eagerly anticipating being able to book seats yesterday but no flight reference number. I was told to wait a few more days tho. I keep checking emails just in case number shows up... so frustrating

you can message them through the website and get your flight reference number

I should be able to reserve seats today but no reference... I’ve called Virgin Atlantic direct and my flight hasn’t been released yet so they’ve advised to try tomorrow! Sooo frustrating!

Hi, they told me exactly the same but after checking every hour or so it appeared at 9.30! VA said I could only do at the end of May. We fly on 3rd April next year. I have done it now and got the seats I wanted so feel a bit calmer lol. Didn't realise they charged now for economy on the upper deck! Good luck

Those that have chosen their seats were you able to pay extra to sit in an exit seat?
