Oh yes, i would pay double that to find him waiting at the end(and a bag of chocolate coins thrown in for good measure.) Seriously though, good idea Disney, but a little on the pricey side.

It does seem a bit expensive to me. We got back yesterday, and DH and both DS did the Pirates League makeover. It was $29.50 each but very worth it. I would really recommend it. They got new pirates names, then went in to a well themed room for their makeover. The cast members stayed in character the whole time. They had make up, bandanas, earrings, teeth, eyepatch, swords and hook. They then went into a secret room for photos and got a pirate medallion (Metal).

After that you get to view the photos. If you buy one, you can add the rest to your photopass for free. We thought it was great and would highly recommend it.
