Either the ticket seller will fix or they will upgrade at the theme park. I wouldn't worry about it a minute longer!

Unfortunately "event" or "travel" tickets have no cooling off period or distance selling period nor cover under the Consumer Rights Act, and your credit card company would not be able to help.

Hope you got it sorted out. We used Orlando attractions for our tickets on our last trip and for various reasons needed a degree of flexibility. They were absolutely fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Wow! I am amazed nobody has said the obvious. Just use the ticket and if anyone asks (They won't) say your son is 9.

being 10 would anybody even notice the mistake ,they have thousands of people passing everyday .. sounds a lot of fuss over nothing

we have only ever been asked for ID for the adult picking up the tickets not anyone else in the group
