First Time hiring from Hertz. Help

Hi all

We have used Alamo in the past which was skip the counter, pretty straight forward, pick your own car.

I believe Hertz is a different process. We have hired a Premium SUV 8 Seater PFAR with Hertz.

Can someone please tell me the process and things we have to do that will be different from Alamo

Totally different, what you get is what you get.

If you are a Gold Plus Reward member they'll email you the car you've been assigned and where it is. You can go straight there. If not, you need to go to the Hertz desk and pick up your keys, leave the credit card details, show your licence etc.

You can complete the Hertz online check in... still need to queue though is my understanding - hertz/rentacar/onl...heckInView.jsp

thank you very much. I think there is only 2 in that range, GMC Yukon XL or Chevy Surburban LT or similar whatever that may be.
