The best one I’ve done was in the dark! Animals everywhere! Inc a giraffe just stood in the road refusing to move!

You can also get fast passes for this quite easily on the day. We got them on 3 occasions the last time we went (yes, we love this attraction...!). On the final one at around 7pm, the lions came out to see us which was amazing.

You get a great and quite unique experience throughout the day when you go on. Plus whatever time of the day the kids at the back will always find the hard to find African bunny rabbit! Lol

Think how many times you go back on a ride that is the same Everytime you ride it and how this one is slightly different and unique on each individual ride

The attraction lasts about half an hour in total, I think.

It's amazing, we'll do it 2 or 3 times in a day. Always a lot to see and can generally walk on first thing as others have said

There's no bad time to do the safari, it's different every time you do it.

Unfortunately Baloo and King Louie might be more of a problem. The current meet and greet ends on April 14th with no times scheduled after this.

Hopefully it's just being moved elsewhere

We did the safari first thing in the morning and just before it went dark and we preferred the afternoon one. Both were good though
