Latest i can leave it to buy a ticket! Help!

Hello,

I am i a situation !

I work in the travel industry and Universal Orlando provide complimentry 2 day passes for travel agents. I have done this before and all went smoothly. However this time i am getting no response!
I have faxed all the documents they asked for, emailed them (also emailed a contact i have at Universal) But Nothing!
I tried to call but the number is invalid!
So at the minute, with less than 2 weeks to go i have no tickets for Universal!
So if i do not get a response in time i will have to buy myself one :angry: (hadnt budgeted for that!)
So does any one have experience with buying last minute tickets and how long can i leave it?
Happy for an emailed voucher, so i assume this can be done instantly? I am now off work for a few days and cannot even check with them!

online florida are really good and will send them next day delivery if you ask them (@extra cost obvs) they send tickets too not vouchers
