This is going to sound really daft but last time we purchased park tickets we recieved actual tickets. This time we booked them through Thomson and ive since found out that its etickets. What do we do with these? Thanks in advance

Take them to the respective park Disney/Universal with photo ID and they will issue tickets at the booth. Its a bit safer in my opinion but there are many debates either way. We have had both tickets and vouchers and not had a problem with either.

We would often hit DTD on the first night and exchange for real tickets at guest services there for Disney tickets as an option.
Only needed photo ID for the main booker to exchange in our experience.

Easy to take a Photocopy as a backup before exchanging.

Much better to change them before if you still can like Jakey said, saves you waiting at the gate when all you really want to do is get in the park

Its easy, like everyone says just take you're photo ID and your e-ticket to a Guest Services window and they will exchange for the real ticket for you x
