Skip the counter

So I did skip the counter today and got my ticket with barcode etc. I booked it through VH. Is there anything else to do at the airport now or do I just go straight to the A garage?

Hi. I assume you used the dedicated link to Alamo that VH sent you?

However even if you didn't you are now good to go, the key to everything is the barcode. Don't forget with VH you need to go to their hut in the garage for your documents. With VA you dont.

What documents do they give you in the VH hut? And it's A side right?

It is A side. Just bear right after you get off the Monorail and cross the concourse.

I dont know what they give you as we only do VA flights and stand alone car hire. But I do know they have a hut where flydrive and holiday customers go. Some load of tat I suspect.

It kinda defeats the purpose of "skipping the counter" if we've got to stop at the VH desk,. Thanks anyway

If booked through VH and skip the q then go straight to the garage, turn left once in Alamo section and the virgin "hut" will be right in front of you. Every time I have been there no q at all and just give you some info then point u in direction of your row. Takes no time at all and doing skip the counter is definitely a massive advantage
