I used them for my universal tickets in sept 2011 and they were fab! arrived within 48hrs and I got a ref no. and an e-mail, I'll be using them again for my universal tickets in 2014

I put in two separate orders. On the first one my cc wasnt accepted so I did it again and it was fine. Disney tickets arrived today! Excellent service. I decided later to order Universal tickets and order went through fine that time. Both times I got confirmation emails.

well i have collected my tickets from sisters house and have no complaints except from little neice whos ticket picture is donald duck she said 'oh but i dont want a boy one' oh and i she didnt get her 'kids eat free' card so thinks she will have to use her money in her piggy bank to pay for her meals lol i must have missed it of the order as its not on ticket conformation and cc charge matches price of park tickets

I guess im doomed for bad luck then! Spoke to Barclaycard again that they say the payment is due on the card tomorrow, hence ive paid for the tickets ... Its showing on my account as pending ... Still nothing from Floridatix, despite sending a PM to Phillipa from Floridatix ... Getting a lil concerned now!

Did you pay for special delivery? I didn't and have been told my tickets will take 7-10 days to arrive. You have paid on your credit card so ultimately you could take it up with them in the unlikelihood your tickets don't arrive. Most reviews about them are good. Mixups can happen with other ticket agencies too

Hey we got ours the other week from Attraction Tickets Direct and they were proper tickets, so maybe check with FloridaTix to be sure.

We ordered on Sunday our discovery cove tickets and it came today. But it is just a piece of paper (looks just like a print out) :S. I thought it was going to be tickets?. Great service thou!

You don't get tickets for Discovery Cove. It's usually a piece of paper with a barcode that they scan once you get there
