I'd bide my time and see what offers come up.

In the past year, I've saw offers for 1 adult you get a free kid and also the 2nd day free offer too.

I'm going to wait till early next year and see if it comes up during that time and purchase.

Like yourself I'm just interested in a 1 day trip to Seaworld, nothing more.
