I'm sure these will be covered under the distance selling laws. So you have time to change your mind, if they don't help

It does say on their website that amendments will be made to bookings/tickets if possible with a £25 admin charge and gives a number to ring, I would give them a call and see what they can do to help.

I presume you booked these online?

If so, as a non commmerical consumer, you have a right to cancel within 14 days with any online purchase (unless what you have bought is bespoke to you) regardless of what their terms and conditions say.

i have always found them to be helpful as well have had to change a few things over the years and they have done it without any hassle hope you sort it xx

Orlando Attractions are Dibb advertisers. It would be really lovely if they read your post and help you out. I've used them a few times and always found them excellent.
