I want to cry made the most expensive mostake--help!

NO harm in asking to upgrade one of the tickets to an adult as they'd be getting more money and tell them you'll buy another if they can't help elsewhere meaning they lose money. After that it's your call whether you change it if they don't help you out.

Any of the parks will upgrade then to Adult tickets at the gate
Definitely don't replace them. Just go to guest services and explain.

Our DD (Susu on the Dibb) upgraded an unused child ticket to adult when they went last month. She said it was easy and hardly cost them anything.

Just to echo some of the other posts.

Someone I work with bought child tickets, her one kid was 9 when she bought it but had a birthday before they went and she just hadn't thought about it.

She took the ticket to guest services, explained what had happened and she was able to update the ticket to an adult one with no issues at all.

A colleague at work upgrade a ticket at WDW for free last year, they had a holiday postponed by a couple of months and their daughter turned 10 in that time. Disney upgraded for free as she had been so honest.

Just take it to guest services and upgrade it when you get there. No issues 👍

Everyone's comments have been so helpful and kind, i was distraught earlier, now that i have calmed down i can see the funny side that i even managed to spell mistake incorrectly! and said i bought for wdw and orlando! i meant universal LOL I was just mist earlier!


I have already got my tickets, i will call orlando attractions and see if they can help, failing that i will try guest services at wdw. Thank you so much guys.

Yes surely even if the seller wont upgrade then you could go to disney and expalin that look hes 10 now and we forgot so can we pay the extra? Its not huge amount more anyway.

Disney will probably be surprised you owned up I think!
