Utopia - where is jessica hyde?

dunno who saw utopia on channel4 a few years ago, but theyve gone and remade it! its quite a bit different to the original, so watch both if you havent already.

its now a US-based show with john cusack, rainn wilson, desmin borges (edgar from You're The Worst - one of the best shows in recent years) as wilson wilson and dan byrd (travis from cougar town) - the cast alone was enough to get my attention

i've only watched the first two episodes so far, (theres 8) but im really enjoying it. and that last bit of episode 2!

bear in mind this show has been in development for ages (david fincher was originally doing it) so the storyline was done and filmed long before covid. it miht be a bit close to the bone right now, but im enjoying it!

Loved the ch4 version. Not sure I want to watch an American remake!

I really enjoyed the original show, I thought the actors were great. I’m not too sure about the new remake, I keep putting off watching it.

i'm 4 episodes in, and enjoying it. its quite different from the original, they kinda make some things obvious though, whereas the original was more subtle...
