The 2018 Spanish Trilogy, Benalmadena, Dec 218

Oh and I have been really lucky this year with 3 lots of bargain flights to Spain this year, all in half term. (£38 each return to Alicante/Benidorm in February, £66 each return to Reus/Salou in October) and £55 each return to Malaga for this trip to Benalmadena.
We are, me, Julie, cook manager at a primary school.
Oh, Matt, head chef.
This was taken in Nottingham, I loved the robins.
Matt has recently lost 4 stone.

I finish work December 14th this year, earlier than most schools so I had to look for flights.
We found Easy Jet flights, Stansted to Malaga on Saturday 15th December at 1.25pm, arriving at 5.20. Coming home Thursday 20th December at 11.45, arriving at 1.45pm.
The hotel is Medplaya Hotel Bali, we stay at the medplaya in Salou and not many hotels offered AI so hopefully this will be ok.
£283 all inclusive. We prefer AI but we still visit local places, we are not sit around a pool all day people.
Matts mum was going to take us, but for various reasons we decided to take the train instead. We leave at 9.17 and change at Norwich and Ely arriving at Stansted at 11.40. I would have rather booked the earlier train just in case we have a delay, I have become a little anxious as I have got older but Matt hates waiting at airports and we will have a drink on the way so hopefully I will be more chilled.

Transfers from the airport is a speedy shuttle with hoppa, £33 return for us both booked with a 30% off deal.
We have never been here before so will be good to explore somewhere new.

ETA we are all checked in now, didn’t pay extra and are seated next to each other. I didn’t realise you can check in 30 days before with easy jet so pleased to get seats next to each other. Euros have been ordered from moneycorp to be picked up from the airport. We have £254 for €270, dont think anywhere has a brilliant rate atm. This includes £100 my mum is giving us for tobacco. It should be enough or what we want to do as buses are pretty cheap.
This time in 2 weeks we will be there, hopefully enjoying some sun.
