I'm not in the UK (though I have tried the Shake Shack at Canary Wharf) but Shake Shack (finally) opened where I live last year and there were massive queues for it for months!
I actually rather do like their burgers, fries, and milkshakes! It's a very different sort of burger/fries to Five Guys. I used to also really like Five Guys but it's a lot easier (less messy!) to eat a burger from Shake Shack! (Helps that my workplace is within walking distance of one of the Shake Shack outlets so I get that for lunch on occasion...)
