Hey guys, just wanted to jump on this I hope you don't mind!

We are a preferred partner with Disney and work directly with them to provide the most recent and up to date information so we can show we have integrity to the brand. This also means we are being forthright and truthful with customers on the services that we can/cannot provide.

Myself and the team are not pushy when we provide customers quotes, and do not in anyway say anything to get a sale. We are the opposite to be honest. We have actually turned customers away who have 'false quotes' including offers that are not available. To me that's probably as honest as you can get.

It is really sad to see that you mention we have a really bad reputation in other places online, as when we speak to our lovely customers and see comments elsewhere online (and our reviews) this is not the feedback we get or see.
Whilst we know we cannot always please everyone with the price they want, we will do our best.

We feel as though especially in the last 12 months we have shown an incredible amount of support to customers affected by both the collapse of Thomas Cook and those affected by COVID-19. When Thomas Cook went into administration we continued to help our customers who's holidays were affected, and with COVID 19 all our customers who's holidays were affected had refunds in less that 14 days.

Ever After Holidays is a tour operator, not a travel agent, we pride ourselves on customer service with competitive pricing plus the experience we all have as a team.

If you call us for a quote, its a genuine quote, that's available to book, competitive pricing (sometimes cheaper than DIY), friendly service, experienced team members, ABTA & ATOL protection, an experience NOT a transaction.

If you genuinely feel like we are a bad company, please we ask to give us a try and we are positive we can show you otherwise, if you book with us or not.

We are in unprecedented times, but the magic will come back! I think we all need a bit of Disney Magic right now!

We look forward to helping you in the future

Mattie

I spoke with Ever happy holidays yesterday on the back of good reviews, so please understand we don't all feel this way about you.
I posted about dining plan, I asked one of your agents, he didnt try and sell me anything just made it quite clear that Disney would like to offer it, but presently can't and didn't know if they would.
I had no issues with the call yesterday, in fact very helpful.

I was talking generally not specifically about your company. I have heard neither bad nor good reviews regarding your company. However; I would say it’s concerning that anyone is giving information regarding DDP for 2022 as nobody knows. And there are plenty of TAs out there who will say anything for a sale - and this is seen time and again on forums and social media.

Totally understand what you are saying, sorry my response was more referring to the other comment.

There is no way at the moment to make a booking past mid September 2021 for WDW yet, and if anyone asks us for dates further than this we do advise them what is and isnt on sale, but I know how other agents work... We will only quote/book what is available to clients in order to be as transparent and honest as can be!

We also don't speculate but given our direct affiliation with Disney, we have internal communications on a regular basis to help make sure we are given and give the correct info.

2021 is still some time away yet, so lots more will change.

I think the one thing personally I see with everything going on and the changes, is that 15 years ago, WDW did not operate the way that it has done the last few years... things will likely change and in a few years time we will have likely gotten use to the changes! Change is exciting! We will have to see what happens, but I know we cannot wait to get back to the magic

We were one of the lucky ones who booked for December 21 before Disney pulled the tickets. My husband phoned you today to enquire that would we be able the change the flight back to a later one so we could get another day in the parks. The answer was it could be possible but of course the flight times aren't concrete from Virgin yet so far in advance and you guys would let us know in the future. So nothing but good service so far.

I had a quote from Ever After when we were pricing up for 2019. I won’t hesitate to get another when we price up for 2022. While they weren’t the cheapest for us, their customer service was fantastic. I far prefer booking with these specialists than with a travel agent like Virgin or Tui. They’re far more up to date on developments in Disney and Universal and if I may say, this makes them perfect for Dibbers.

There’s nothing that annoys me more than calling a travel agent to book a Disney holiday and quickly realising I know more than they do.

I think it’s a great idea that they offered a free alcoholic drink per adult meal and added a extra snack credit as a replacement of the dessert as many times I wasn’t hungry after eating dinner or I didn’t want the dessert on offer. I know that if it’s on offer I will book a 5 bed room at Riverside or Caribbean but if it’s not on I will look at a value resort or a hotel nearby with breakfast included and free Disney transfers.

TPS just to be nit picky they never "started" offering a free alcoholic drink with your meal, the drink had always been free, what they did allow though was the ability to choose an alcoholic drink as your free drink
As far as the return of DDP, I'd say not until things have settled a bit, what they won't do is "set" a price & then have this widely affected by problems in the supply chain
