Avis collecting the Car?

When i went through Miami last time Avis allocated the car and told me what space it was in.

It was a GMC Arcadia and i had quite a few scratches on the front wings which i reported but we liked the car and other than that it was excellent.

At Avis Orlando MCO do they allocate or do you just choose from a row?

They allocate the car for you but if you don’t like it you can always go back to the kiosk to change it to another in the same category
