Recommend me a good food blender/processor
My old blender has a cracked spout, although still useable needs replacing now.
I want it mainly for making sauces, blending soups etc. Maybe a chopping option could be good. I want it to be easy to clean if possible. I've looked at the Ninja one online so far , any other recommendations welcome.

For convenience I don't think you can beat(!) a hand blender with a removable end. I think ours is a Russel Hobbs, cheap as chips.
I also use a Bullet blender for finer work. Both take up very little space, I've got a full sized blender/processor but it's under the stairs as it takes up too much room and is messy to clean. |

I have the Kenwood food processor with lots of extra accessories. The newer version is on sale in Costco. Easy enough to clean. It has a blender and coffee grinder amongst other bits.

We have a Ninja one and really like it. Goes through the dishwasher usually.

I agree that both the Ninja and just a handheld stick blender are both good options.
I use the stick blender (which is currently a cheapo Tesco £4.99 one) for most things. Total bargain. The ninja is useful for pastes, icy smoothies or anything less liquidy
