Holiday suggestions

Wondered if anyone else has this struggle, my son ASD/ADHD struggles with holidays other than full on Disney type holidays, he loves going on holiday but needs lots of distractions - his attention can be between 10-20 mins unless he is on xbox/phone ect, to keep him out of trouble (his words). Would love to go away to Florida every year but just not possible so wondered if anyone has suggestions of other places. He can not cope with lazy beach/pool holidays which I love. He is 20 but very young for his age around 15 in maturity and behaviour so would love a teen club but can't attended due to age, he also perferes the playfulness of younger children which being a young man then gets bad reactions from the parents of the younger children.
We have done centre Parcs a few times but would like somewhere warmer.
Add in being a single parent with a 9year old girl keeping an eye on both can be exhausting in a new environment.

My daughter has autism and loves to be on the go or on her iPad no middle ground in between usually lol. We went to Madeira a couple of years ago and she loved it, the beaches are very pebbley there if you want to sunbath you’d need a mattress not a towel lol, loads to do , my daughter loves to learn and her brain soaks stuff up like a sponge so we did a red tour bus which she loved with all the commentary, Jeep safari which was amazing, whale and dolphin watching on a catamaran again amazing, cable cars , lavada walks , then usually pool time cos she was cream crackered... would deffo go back. Last two years we have been to a family life resort in Majorca which until we went would be our idea of hell but it was great, there’s kids clubs... my daughters younger at 10 so could easily join in but they had a teen club which was more like a den with Xbox and pool tables etc, that was more unsupervised and looked like it was more facilities in the hotel than run by kids clubs so your son could use them, there were lots of pool activities where he could easily join in and loads of sporting activities that were open for everyone, from tots to grandparents and every time the atmosphere was brill , fun and not too many over competitive dads lol... we are hoping to go in October again this year.
