So, had my Disney friends over for a Games Night yesterday. I usually make a pavlova but thought I'd make it a bit special... It was so scrummy! ♥️

Thanks, it's very easy to make, this time I put vanilla in the cream for a change. It went down well. 😀

Pleased everyone seems to like it! I've made it before by putting all blueberries in each ear to give a more Mickey effect.

I also use a mix of sugars, Half Spoon (to convince myself it's less calories...) and a golden caster sugar to give a lovely colour than the bog standard white. At Christmas time, I put ginger and cinnamon into the meringue mix to give a lovely flavour too.
