Yes, that makes sense! £3,129+£50 = £3,179. 3% of £3,179 is £95.37, so their VAT excuse is definitely wrong.

Up to you whether you pushback or not, but the difference per order is £31.79. And you said you had two orders, so that's £63.58. Not to be sniffed at.

How long is it taking at the moment for the transaction to appear in TCB after booking?

This is what I'm waiting for - it didn't track, I claimed and only got 3% so I've put another claim in which is pending.
I've never, ever had a problem with quidco - but last week I used it for Cath Kidston and Alamo and have had to start a claim as neither tracked.
