It's a bit glitchy...like mde maybe they were designed by the same person

My quidco has tracked but at 3%. I didn't get the extra $100 though.

A couple of years ago it didn't track and I put in a claim that took months and months but did eventually get 'approved' or whatever the term is. This didn't happen until after we had been on the holiday.

I wonder if it is WDWs issue or Quidcos? Either way, cant say Im too hopeful of a quick resolution ☹️

I agree, Ive just checked my claim history and out of 5 claims, 3 were successful and took between 3-6 months to process. 😒

I've had WDW cash back for the last 4 trips and they always show up / track straight away and we've been able to withdraw the money after about 4 months. It's very suspicious that the first year they offer 100 extra that lots of people have problems.

Its a bit off, to be honest. There should be a specific period of time for them to resolve a claim - as Ive said, as long as weve followed the instructions there should be no reason for them not to review and confirm its tracked. Will keep fingers crossed for everyone 😊

My Quidco has successfully tracked but at 3% and not the advertised 4%. Not sure how long I leave it before I claim. Has anyone heard anything back yet? Also I see that the rate has now gone back down to 3% on their website.

My Top Cashback has finally become payable after 4 months of showing as pending.

Had to submit a claim to get the purchase recognised and pleased to say that % paid was higher than expected as a better deal was on offer when the claim was submitted.

I did contact Top Cashback and advise that may be adjusted when payment confirmed but it was not reduced.

Certainly a few of us where it didnt track at all. Extremely small change to Disney, but its a dessert party, one or two days spends to some of us, etc. Bit of a shame, hopefully they pay up 😊
