If you want Harry Potter the Tottenham Court Road one is set up for it (other end of oxford street to the massive one) and its quieter too.

The Birmingham one is crazy. DD and I went last month it was super busy, and the queue to get into the Disney cafe was 90 minutes and that was at 10:30am! Im guessing itll calm down, as were planning another visit, luckily its only a 20ish minute train journey away.
