Airboat Trips In The Everglades?

Can anyone recommend where to get an Airboat trip in the Everglade (en route from Orlando to Miami) where you are guaranteed (or as close as) loads of Gators? Maybe even one you can take a Kayak trip?

Ive been to wild Florida a couple of times, and had a great time, but the first time we saw nothing (it was to hot - June/July) and the second time it was to cold - January). Im thinking they dont have too many gators in there !

I'm going to be heading to Miami in a fortnight from Orlando and wanted to see some proper wild gators

The official Everglades National Park's website is:-

this might help when planning your journey and activities en route to Miami.

Buffalo tigers airboat rides is on the Tamiami and around 20 miles out from Miami Int. we were there in August of 2019. I have been on around 8 airboat rides and this one was simply in a different league. You can read about it on my trip report and I have attached a few images. The half our trip took 50 minutes! Lots of information about the Alligators, the Swamp, The former Indian Culture etc.. from a real Native American Indian who has lived in the Everglades on the Tamiami all his life.

I don’t think you can get closer than that!

Or that. He was feeding ‘cheesits’ to the Alligators, frequently touching them as he explained their physiology.

The former home of the late Buffalo Tiger until 1964 and now preserved.. on an island.. in the swamp. Mr Tiger died 4 years ago.. aged 96. It seems that Swamp life can be good for you!

This one (7 foot) was around 18 inches from the gunnels of the Airboat.
