I think I'm mostly just surprised that people think it's acceptable to do it. Like I said, I make a point of hiding myself away!

It's not always easy to move away, especially in a queue, also my daughter is in a wheelchair so once we settled somewhere to watch the parade or dreams, picking up and moving every time someone lit up near us was not an option. I think there is certainly more Disney could be doing to enforce smoking restrictions - like I said, Florida seem to manage it - I just don't think they can be bothered. Mostly, I just wish the public were considerably less rude.

Yes, DLP do try but it is considered acceptable behaviour across much of Europe, there's only so much they can do. They are trying their best but the law is not on their side.

Were you able to use the disabled access areas for viewing? There are fewer people there which would help.

It was hugely crowded on Saturday, which will have made things worse. I have asthma and hate smoke, so I do sympathise.

We didn't know about it for the parade, and Dreams we got there at 9.30 on Saturday and couldn't access it as it was so crowded. We'll know better for next time!

To be honest I would suggest coming during the week next time! I have never seen it so crowded. The Festival was good as far as it went, but we didn't attempt to get on any rides, queue times were crazy.

We normally go during the week - in fact we were there from Wednesday. Wed and Thur were really quiet.

We don't have children so go during term time - but even if you are restricted to UK term time it is best to avoid French and Spanish holidays.

Our Headmaster is very understanding about term time holiday but unfortunately we're restricted by my teaching days at Uni, we were there from Thursday-Sunday. We did ok rides wise to be honest, the Priority Access Card is an absolute miracle. We got in to see the Princesses in under 30 minutes on Sunday morning! I'm also pretty good at clipping the heels of ignorant pushers-in with the footplates of the wheelchair! I only had one momma-bear moment, on Saturday in Studios, in the Armageddon attraction, two kids were literally climbing on her chair and stepping on her feet so I tore strips off them in a combination of French, English and Growl.
