Has anyone contacted DLP to enquiry if annual passes bought from a 3rd party will still be honoured?

Not yet, I think wait till next week, there should be more details by then. Also they are going to be extremely busy right now with everyone asking questions!

Supertrips have just posted this on their FB page

Dream and Fantasy Passes RIP . Purchase now for your summer trip. Before they go go...
As you may have heard Disneyland Paris are doing away with the Dream and Fantasy Annual Pass structure and they can no longer be purchased after 28/3/17
As normal, you have 6 months to activate them at the parks from date of issue. THIS HAS NOT CHANGED, whether you buy from Disney directly or us here at Supertrips.
Given the new structure, we believe that for most, buying an annual pass now will be beneficial before the price hike comes in to play.
This of course is only applicable if you plan to exchange your pass at Disney prior to 27/9/17
The pricing for the new pass structure will be available on Supertrips as soon as we can.
An idea of the new retail pricing structure and blackout dates are detailed below. Its a lot of a price hike

Just debating whether to buy a Dream Pass now, or wait until August and hope we can still get 15% shareholders discount on a Flex Plus ticket.

I would buy the Dream pass now, it's cheaper with better discounts and no blackout dates. I have a horrible feeling the Shareholders club will disappear That's why I've bought my parents Fantasy passes from Supertrips, usually I buy on the gate with Shareholder discount. This table shows you the difference between the passes

ED92 have put up a post with details of the black out dates
ed92/en/disneyland-pa...ons-available/
I feel a bit more comfortable now, my extended family will be able to get in with the Magic Flex pass on all days of our trip, which is only 10E more than the Fantasy Passport that they were looking to buy and was not actually valid on our arrival date.
They won't have the dining discount that they would have received, but they will be with either DW or I at all times and we will have our 10% Dream Passport discount

The Magic Flex doesn't include EMH though, just in case you didn't know
