Disney's offer closes on the 8th June.
I'm only guessing but I would think they will 'leave' your account around then. |

Yeah I thought they would reimburse you after the deal is completed?

Fees will be reimbursed by Disney if you accept the tender offer
Halifax didn't contact me but when I logged into my account the tender offer was in the corporate actions section. We were given until the 29th may to respond & as the offer officially closes on the 8th June I'm assuming that's when they'll disappear from my account? Or possibly on the 17th June as that's when the payout is due? |

My shares are pure registered with SocGen in France, I have received no instructions on what to do at all, there is no information in my online account. Looks like I am going to have to sit it out. I think they only charge around €10 to deal anyway so not a big issue, but if they want people to sell you would think they would make it easy (especially as pure registered are the shares which they can see on the register themselves)

I decided not to sell my shares! I don't think my 100 will make much difference!

If you sold them in this way, on the open market, you won't get sellers fee refunded.
Also, anyone could have bought them, not just TWDC. Also, if anything untowards happens and TWDC have to offer more than the 2 Euros, you won't get the extra money.
