Still need to keep an eye as they have cancelled Eurostar’s on strike days next week. The direct Disneyland one wasn’t affected but ones to Paris and Lille were affected and cancelled.

Worth keeping an eye on it, but I can't see it having an impact on a direct to Chessy service.

No I don’t think it will be affected looks like mostly Paris / Lille affected.

How long should I give ourselves to get from Disneyland to gard de Nord. 2-3 hours?

For a trip into Paris? Nowhere near that long, it takes under an hour, can't remember the exact times. Doesn't leave from Gard du nord iirc, so a little extra time to transfer too I guess.

You can do it in a taxi for about €70 each way.

Taxi will probably take longer! It is 45 minutes max, the RER trains run every few minutes and cost 7.50 each. Directions above. It really is very easy, done it several times.

Yeah, train will be quicker, but obviously if it's a case of getting from a hotel to Gare du Nord then a taxi will be the quickert and easiest way, especially with luggage.

For a day trip into Paris, quicker, and far cheaper, to get the train.

If it is an onsite hotel, or even one in Val d’Europe, the RER station is right there. So easy, even with luggage. There are lifts and escalators, and you don’t even need to go anywhere to change platforms at Chatelet.

Your choice but personally I wouldn’t bother with a taxi.

I personally couldn't do that, it was bad enough getting the pushchairs and case from the hotel to the train station for the direct train this year.

If you can get a cheap return into Gare du Nord then it can even make sense to pay $150 on return taxi and just do that. Often it can be cheaper than the direct train and arguable easier.

The Disney trains have been re routed the two strike days next week and are going to Paris instead of Disneyland. I keep checking the Eurostar disruption update list! That’s the 3 rd and 4 th April.
