Question FP date re onsite/offsite/onsite stay

I know if you stay onsite you can book your FP at 60days out. But if you go offsite for a few days, then back onsite, can you book the FP for the 2nd onsite stay at 60days out as well, or because you've broken your onsite stay, would it then be 30days out?

Thanks.

It is still an onsite stay so yes of course you can book at 60 days. When I return in April, I will have “broken” my last stay by seven months as I was there in September, I fully expect to be able to book my fast passes at 60 days sometime next week.

Each stay will get a 60 day FP from each check-in

Sadly it's not the case, she phoned Disney as it's now 40days and FP are still not open, they told her as she was moving off Disney property before returning again, within the 14 day ticket validity, the 2nd onsite stay's FP would only be available at 30days, not the 60 as hoped for.

She phoned again this morning and asked someone different and got exactly the same reply, 30 days only,

I don’t believe that (I mean I believe you, but I believe she was told wrong, twice).. She is onsite, it is 60 days. It makes no difference that she has been to a Disney before, most of us on the dibb have been before, we are not restricted to 30 days of fastpasses because we have been onsite in the past.

MDE is very glitchy at the moment and I think she has hit a glitch.

What are all the dates for her stays?

That is a completely different situation as you will be using a new ticket. The OP is using the same 14 day ticket for the 2 stays

I think someone posted something similar a short time ago where their ticket expiry date was within the 14 day period as they were going off site for a few days.
I believe they resolved this by speaking to Disney IT and not guest relations. I have checked my MDE account and my ultimate tickets also expire before the 14 days is up as we are away for a 3 day cruise.
I would suggest that the OP contact Disney IT, it's a separate option on the 0800 number. Good luck.

Well I will be able to try it out myself in a week or so as I am going offsite for a couple of days and then back onsite for my final night.

She's had it confirmed that the ticket validity is fine for both stays, it's just the FP issue for the 2nd stay. She's emailed Disney MDE help today.

We did 8 days on site 7 days offsite then 2 days on site and booked 60/30/60 days and that was a trip for last May with a 14 day ticket.
