How do I get to Val D'Europe?

Hi,

What is the best way to get to this place? Is it really simple to get there by car? or would it be easier to use the train? We really want to go to eat out as we have heard it's much cheaper than Disney, and we are not really all that interested in shopping! So carrying bags is not a major factor.

You can walk in about 15 minutes but
RER Line A one stop to Val d’Europe from Marne la Vallee (the station at Disneyland Paris), then walk straight through to the Val d’Europe shopping centre (to your right). Direct, free shuttle bus also available at select times upon request, ask at your Disney Hotel.

What many don't realise is that Val D'Europe was financed by Eurodisney SCA as part of urban development of the Marne la Vallee area

Hi,

Thanks for the info, have you been there before, is it worth a visit? With all the talk of hefty food costs we thought we may be able to eat there once or twice during our 5 day stay, is this a reasonable assumption? I would rather spend my money on the kids that on buying over priced food.

There's quite a few restaurants in the shopping centre (including McDonalds) as well as the surrounding area, which would be cheaper than in the park.

There's also a Disney shop in the shopping centre which if I remember correctly from our last visit in April was marginally cheaper than the shops in Disneyland, but stocking much the same product range.

Thanks, that is really helpful. Maybe we can save a few pounds by visiting then.

Hi
drove there from Davy Crocket Ranch, took about 5 mins and directions were very clear.

A very good shopping centre with designer outlets and a huge supermarket.

There is a food court, still dear but around a third cheaper than in Disney. I am sorry but the food prices in Disney are extremely expensive, shockingly so IMO.

I believe there is free transport (mini bus) from the Disney hotels to Val de Europe, may be wrong though.

the mini bus from the hotel is a great way to get there and really easy to use, and I really like wandering around the shops there

What sort of time do the shops close? Is it somewhere we could go after the parks close?
