Vote for Hampton by Hilton at Gatwick sorting problem

Pretty sure I did not make a mistake at booking but the reservation had me as 1 adult in room with sofa bed on a no amendment no refund booking to get best price. My logic was if I had to cancel meant the holiday would be cancelled so worth the risk. I did not mind but her and kids not too happy about sleeping in car!
Couple of emails once through the initial response and booking ammended at original rate. Very helpful
Thumbs up and already of the mindset happy to use again.

Glad you got sorted. I had a problem at the Gatwick Hilton, they said I booked a double and a roll away bed, I didn�t, i booked room with 3 singles. After standing arguing with me until I produced my room reservation printout she finally conceded, with bad grace, that I was right. I�d still stay there but I always make sure I have my printouts!
