School trip to Florida

DD is going to play football in Orlando at Easter with the school football team. I’m so jealous lol. (The going to Florida bit, not so much the playing football ha ha).

Of course, there is also a trip to busch gardens, aquatica, Disney springs, and shopping ...

They are staying down international drive, so if you are staying out there over Easter and see the 50+ of them, say hi

I think if that was one of mine, I’d be asking the school if they needed any parent helpers!😂

What a great experience. I think these kind of opportunities are great for children that wouldn’t normally get chance to go to places like Florida.

We’re staying on International Drive over Easter (Rosen Inn at Pointe) so will be on the look out as I expect they’ll be wearing matching tour t-shirt’s!

Oh, my hubby has taken school trips to Paris and it’s really stressful for the teachers. I can only imagine what taking 50 kids through US immigration would be like! I’ve picked him up after his trips and I can tell that he really appreciates it when a parent takes the time to come over and says thank you.

I wish my school did that trip, I’d be volunteering 😂 I’m hoping to go on the Paris trip and go to DLP!

I work with adults with special needs and they are always going away on trips. I definitely need to volunteer next time they go to DLP or on a cruise. They are off to see Westlife and Little Mix later this year.

Wow, what a cool school trip! Sadly I’m not out there to say hello, but very envious of that opportunity!

My niece went to a dance competition with her dance class. They stayed at all Star Music and the competition was on the stage at Disney Springs. I thought that was pretty special but a school trip - wow!
I went to Belgium.
