In response to some comments, I would like to say that many people with addictions are in denial (I won't mention Sue).

I will still continue to have my daily fixes of costa at home, but its important to understand that this is early days and my costa therapist says that I could relapse at anytime.

I have found other things to do instead of going to costa, such as playing PS4, watching pointless youtube videos and singing love songs.

You buy them and keep them in the fridge. They are iced latte. I get them delivered on the shopping every week. I buy 1 per day (but if I nip to the shop midweek I buy more).
Yesterday I went to Manchester to watch Back to the Future - I drank 1 in the car on the way there and nipped to the supermarket and bought 3 more - 2 I drank later in the day and then saved 1 in the fridge in the room for this morning to drink on the way home and then had another this afternoon. I really need to stop and try and limit myself to 1 per day!

Sorry do you drink them cold? I had an iced latte in Starbucks, it was very nice but OMG the brain freeze!

Yes they are cold. Last year going to Florida I was worried how I’d cope without 1 of my little lattes per day but our hotel actually has its own Starbucks in it and I discovered just before I went that the iced vanilla latte tastes very similar (and is about twice the size). So I managed to have 1 (or 2 &#128584 per day to feed my addiction.
Joking aside I actually think it’s the caffeine. I had to give up full- caff tea a few years ago due to palpitations but I’ve ignored that with these. I’ve not really had any issues with palps but I do think it’s a caffeine craving now for me because I’m actually thinking about them and I could literally drink them all day long!

Never mind your Costa addiction and you're not going as much, they've stopped doing cinnamon lattes! Soooo you need to start a one man protest for me and stop going altogether until they bring back the cinnamon syrup
