Portions are large. I was very sceptical about portion for the ribs particularly, but they were large, very meaty ribs. My whole family says this one is a keeper and they'd like to return.
Sorry just to clarify, the duck for lunch for 2 people would be 4TS not 2TS on DxDDP?

Now you have me wondering again. I remember the duck and the filet mignon were double credits. But the duck is normally for 2 ppl anyway. Looking at the menu again, it must be just a total of 2 credits for lunch. That's what the Disney Mom's Panel reported here: disneyparksmomspanel.disney... hthank-366307/

We debated getting it because my son wanted it, but my mother really wanted to upgrade to the filet mignon. And she was sceptical about the size of the duck dish, which is typically quite small. Looking at pictures now it looks like a lot of meat (but not the usual separate pile of delicious crispy skin).

Anyway, we thought the double credit for the filet mignon was worth it - it was VERY good.

The orange chicken was a huge portion and like I mentioned, the ribs were a much larger portion than I expected.

There really wasn't as many exclusions as it sounds and it was quite easy to go through the menu. The server explained it cheerfully. Mostly the excluded things were the large sharing towers, etc and expensive specialty things like wagyu beef. Everything else that made sense to be included as apps was (even the lobster roll and surf and turf rolls were considered apps). Everything else that looks like entrees was included.

At least my DH didn't order ramen with a credit like he did last time!

The only mains that couldn’t be ordered were the Wagyu steak and the Chinese style Filet steak which were an extra cost, food was lovely (the ribs are the best I’ve had).
This is a 2 x credit pp restaurant but if you eat there for lunch rather than dinner it’s only 1 x credit per person for pretty much the same menu!
Re the duck, we ordered this last year and wasn’t served how we expected, not the same as how peking duck is served in the UK, it’s actually slices of duck served on a platter, excellent quality duck but was very expensive and not really for us(not a lover of duck dishes other than Crispy peking Duck in the UK )
Hope this helps 😀
Peking duck would be served like that here in the U.K. Crispy aromatic duck, which you’re talking about, is a different duck dish. Not trying to be a know it all but just FYI 🙂
