What's in your holiday 1st aid kit?

I take a fair amount but nothing that hasn’t already being mentioned. We do so because I want it to hand to save time attempting to source it and also I really don’t find the US cheaper for things I’m taking. If we don’t use them then we have a fully stocked cupboard when we get back.

Antihistamines in tablet form, anti-h eye drops, anti-h cream and a couple of epipens - I have a bit of an allergy thing. Inhalers for one child, paracetamol, ibuprofen and a few nytol for the first few nights. That's it I think.

nothing except maybe calpol. if we need anything (hopefully not, will just buy it)

Yes, my kids are usually poorly in the middle of the night And I prefer to have things to hand.

Literally nothing 😀 if we need anything I just buy it over there.

I just take plasters and my pain meds. Anything else we need, can be bought whilst away.

I only take my pain meds as I get severe migraines and if I feel one coming (flying can trigger them) I need to take my meds asap

compeed blister plasters
antiseptic wipes
lavender oil
ordinary plasters
paracetamol
ibuprofen
piriton anti-histamine syrup.

I can't remember how many times I've been now but I don't think I can remember ever using anything I packed but compeed and painkillers :-)
