We have a Bosch one and love it. So easy to clean. Wouldn't even consider anything else now.

I am planning induction for my new kitchen. Had ceramic halogen before and bottled gas currently (which I hate) Only time I have used induction was very impressed at the speed so glad that it gets good reviews from Dibbers!

We bought one when we did our kitchen at the end of 2018 and got a Bosch one. I love it and wouldn’t go back to the gas hob I used to have.

We have an induction job and I must admit I didn’t want one as I’d always had gas but I’m so glad I gave in.
So easy to use and clean I wouldn’t go back to gas now

We had induction in the old house, absolutely loved it!

Our new house has a 5 ring ceramic and I cannot wait to change it, unfortunately double width induction hobs are a fortune and with other priorities we are making do for now. Especially as I want one of the ones where there are no rings you just put the pan down anywhere and it heats - so of course the most expensive

What I would advise is not to go for a cheaper model. Our old induction hob we inherited with the house broke and as we knew we were moving house we went with the cheapest induction hob we could find. What the cheaper ones do is cut the power to some of the rings if you have more than 1 ring on at a time - it drove us loopy in the end. So invest in a decent make like Neff or similar. The old one we had (the good one that broke) was De Dietrich and that was really nice - no idea how much it was as it came with our old house.

Wow thank you everybody for taking the time to reply. Definitely want one now!
Most of our other appliances are Bosch so that’s the way I’m leaning towards I think.
Our current hob is hard wired with its own fused spare so definitely make sure it’s not a plug in one.
I like the idea of just putting a pan anywhere but as long as the rings have enough space I don’t mind. That’s one of the problems I currently have, I generally can’t fit two pans on the back two rings.
Thanks again, off to narrow my short list
