I have bought a magic band now need some help

I have purchased a brand new Magic Band off eBay and I'm waiting for it to arrive when it does what do I do with it...
I have an mde account how do I link it to that before or after I receive my Park ticket.
I take it that I can do my fast passes with it also the memory maker what about a adrs.

Set up your profile in My Disney Experience. Then you can link your ticket or Magic Band in either order. To link the Magic Band go into my profile then �tickets and magic bands� and put in the number on the back of it. You can also link your ticket if you have a card with a number on the back the same way.

hi, you can do ADR's without a ticket as long as its in the ADR window for the dates you need.

you can only do fastpasses once the ticket has been uploaded to your account rather than just the band.

the magic band is basically your key more than anything. The band will store your info that is on MDE on there so you can access park, tickets and photos whilst actually at disney.

The magic band has a code on the back that you add to your MDE account section for magic band
