Mobile First-timer ADR Question

Hi all, my partner and I will be visiting Disneyworld in May for our honeymoon and it's both our first visit!

Just wondering about ADRs, we are on the DDP and have booked a few ADRs that should cover a character breakfast, CRT, and a few evening meals - would you recommend booking a table somewhere for an evening meal every day or will we be able to just turn up at some places without advanced booking?

Thanks in advance!

Some places will have room for walk ups and you can book ADRs sometimes on the day, however a lot of restaurants require reservations well in advance xx

I’d have a think about where you want to eat and get some reservations made. I’ve just been booking for August and for ‘Ohana in particular, availability was extremely limited even at 180 days out. My advice would be to go onto YouTube, watch some disney food blog videos and decide where you want to eat and get the reservations made. You can always change them later but at least you’ll have something.

Book ADRs for everyday as you can always cancel them if your plans change.

BOG, CRT, Storybook, Sci Fi and others will be harder to book closer to the time so you will need to book them ASAP.

You don’t need to book an ADR for every evening, you could do a QS. But n I would not walk up to a TS restaurant, you could get turned away from quite a lot before you find one. You could make a booking thirty minutes before you want to eat though.
