I know I’m finding it hard to keep calm! The one who has visitors is a social worker and this is the second day there has been visitors! The drug dealers are definately leaving the house more than their allocated once a day exercise- as are the people they are meeting to give the drugs too! X

Our other neighbours have washing out too and the kids are playing out in the gardens so why do it now? wait till the evening like everyone else has and show some consideration for other people
I feel your pain, we have the most selfish neighbours, they only moved in about 5yrs ago (we’ve been here 20+) since then they’ve planted so many huge triffids going up along our dividing wall, they’re so tall & we don’t get any sun In our garden at all now, we both work full time & used to enjoy sitting in our little bit of decking at the end of the day to catch the last hour or so, we can’t even do that now...they don’t work

I’ve tried speaking to them about it several times but got absolutely nowhere, they seem to enjoy winding everyone up, they’ve fallen out with so many people already..wish they’d jog on !

Sorry for ranting on your post - don’t even get me started on bonfires ! Can’t pick your neighbours !

We had a similar incident with a bonfire last year. We had had an afternoon out, we returned home to the house reaking of smoke. It was a lovely day and we had left the skylights upstairs open.
The neighbour to the back of us had a small bonfire going at the bottom of his garden, which was much closer to our house than his own.
My wife was around there like a shot to complain.
Op, I really feel for you.

Ours have put a notice up saying that they are isolating due to the pandemic, so will not answer their door (not that they ever do anyway) but their children are still riding their bikes up and down the street while screaming at the top of their voices - not helpful when you are trying to work and have phone calls to make!
