It's not cheap. It runs for 3 months initially and is £90 for the 3 months for the non tech version and £180 for the tech plan where you get a kind of fit bit and scales. All have the online support and help, tailored plan etc. I got a code from FB for £10 off the non tec and £20 off the tec plan which I used and when I signed up I got a code to give out for the same discounts for people and I also get the same off my next month's instalment so let me know if you want a code.

I also waste so much money on snacks from the bakery by work etc that I will make the cost of the plan back quite easily.

I am doing team RH now and it seems great. It honestly doesn’t feel like I am dieting so I can see myself sticking to it long term which is the biggest thing for me. I paid £49 for the year so very reasonable too.

Just seen that it drops to £10 a month after the first 12 weeks as you already have the 'kit' so that makes it more reasonable that WW/SW

Going to Boots for an accurate height and weight measurement before I join. It is hard to measure your own height!

Another team rh member here. I have lost 2 stone since April. And I have done it all by just walking and sticking to the calories set by the team. I didn’t have that much to lose, but others have lost more than me in the same period who were on the larger side. I have now started lifting weights to build muscle and get a toned body. I will also starting be staring reverse dieting which is a controlled way off adding more calories every week whilst maintaining my current weight. Never once have i felt like I was on a diet and it is definitely the best thing I have ever done

I have just spoken to the fitness expert at the fire station where I work (she used to run a gym) and she is going to devise a fitness plan for me so I really have no excuse!
