Teachers... (and a little proud mummy moment)

Hi, I know teachers across the country are working really hard to keep their classes engaged... my DD is a NQT just teaching for her 2nd year year 4 class (?) ... long standing members of the dibb may recall She has had a very long road to getting to where she wanted to be...
Left school no qualification, fell into being a chef, 12 years later college, uni and teach first...
She’s been found daily videos for her class and teaching videos etc...
But here’s some photo’s... I’d love to post a couple of videos but can’t...

You're allowed to have your proud mummy moment djewkes - I bet the children are loving having her for their teacher. Could you not ask her to put her videos on You Tube so you could post the link to her channel? I'm sure some of her pupils parents and carers would love to see them too

That’s so lovely for the children, especially at a time like this. Well done to your daughter for persevering to achieve her teaching career.
I spent yesterday putting up a phonics ‘Up’ display for the teacher I’m now going to be working with on 1st June. We’ve not worked before together but had a chilled day yesterday with the 8 key worker children we had in, and discussed our mutual love of all things Disney, so i’m sure we’ll get along just fine! Here is my finished phonics Up display (I couldn’t get all the strings to attach to the tiny chimney as in the film image). I also re-papered a larger display board in a bright sunny yellow ready for the return of Yr 1’s.
