I filled the form in around 5-6 weeks ago, they called me a week n half ago and I re arranged it for 2021. Took all of 10 minutes.
I was due to go 3rd june |

Getting to know the DIBB

We are booked for 28th June from gatwick and although I know we won’t be traveling , we have had an email saying our flight has changed from gatwick to Heathrow. We live on iom so getting to Heathrow is a problem and not convenient, can we not cancel on the fact that they are not providing us with the holiday they sold us? Or is there some clause that they have the right to change departure airport?

Im also awaiting to hear back but have filled the forms and done the whatsapp route but so far nothing. Im not travelling until August but meant to be flying in the bubble from Manchester but the plane details have still not changed in my booking, showing a 747 still as aircraft.
If anyone knows of any contact numbers I can try that would be great. As Leemcd said the phone number does not work. Thanks for the advice and help |
