Garland Hotel LA
Covid related but thought would post here as relevant.
Booked the Garland hotel in July on non cancellable rate. I emailed them to ask what would happen if I can’t come. They emailed me back the same day to say I’d get a full refund. I’ll report back if it eventually happens (likely) but this appears to be really good service and one for the ‘good guys’ list.
